From May 21 to May 22, 2025, Mr. Wang Fenghua, the General Manager, led a team of eleven people, including the CFO Li Jianping, VP of Business Unit One Yao Yonghe, VP of Business Unit Two Xiao Wei, VP of Business Unit Five Qi Fei, Deputy General Manager of Logistics Chen Binhu, Chief Engineer Zhang Rui, and Business Manager Zang Ruxia. Accompanied by Mr. Wu from Shenzhen Aired Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. and his consulting team, they visited three companies: BYD Shenzhen Tengshi Division, Guangzhou Baiwei Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and Xinxing Optics Dongguan Factory.

At 14:00 on May 21, accompanied by Mr. Leng, the General Manager of Guangzhou Baiwei Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and the Baiwei team, the company's senior management team visited the exhibition hall, corporate research institute, production workshop, and warehousing center of Baiwei Shares. They learned about the company's development history, intelligent manufacturing, and R&D capabilities. Mr. Wang Fenghua, the General Manager, and other senior executives of Baiwei Shares, including Mr. Leng, exchanged experiences and opinions on topics such as corporate mission, organizational change, marketing strategies focusing on major customers, transforming R&D strength into corporate competitiveness, and employee motivation and empowerment.

At 10:00 on May 22, accompanied by Mr. Li Hui, the General Manager of BYD Tengshi Fangchebao Direct Sales Division, and Mr. Li Jiangtao, the Marketing Director of the division, the senior management team visited the BYD exhibition hall. In the VIP meeting room, Mr. Wang Fenghua, the General Manager, had an in-depth discussion with Mr. Li Hui and Mr. Li Jiangtao on topics such as corporate mission, strategic determination, efficient decision-making, flat management, talent cultivation, technology research and development, full industry chain planning, the application and prospects of AI glasses, and the establishment of competitive culture both internally and externally.

At 15:00 on May 22, the senior management team arrived at the Dongguan Xinyi Chang'an Factory of Xinxing Optics Group. Accompanied by Director Liu and his team, they visited the testing center, mold, parts, plastic, and metal production workshops. They also discussed topics such as strategies for dealing with the Sino-US tariff war, overseas manufacturing base layout, product planning, and efficiency improvement with Mr. Gu Jiayong, the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, and his team.

Through this visit, the senior management team benefited a lot through exchanges, observations, and demonstrations. They achieved the purpose of "benchmarking, broadening horizons, identifying gaps, and applying what they have learned."
